Joe Sakic

aSakic  is one of the top best forwards in the NHL today. Sakic was a first round draft pick  by the  Qubec Nordiques in 1987.Then traded to Colorado in 1996-97 season and is best knowen for his wrist shots  and playing ability.

 PPeter Forsberg

PPeter  Forsberg  was among  one of the best players in the NHL for passing and being a play maker.   Forsberg was acquierd by Quebec who signed a long-term deal  contract last season  with Colorado putting up a high 86 points in just 65 games..

   Jerome Eginla     The 20 year old Jerome Eginla scored 21 goals and 50 points in  the 1996-97 season for the Flames.
   Zigmund Palffy    The Czech  Zigmund Palffy, a 48-goal performer in  the 1996-97  and had a career  high 89 points in the season and lead his team in points.
    Mike Modano    Mike Modano the No.1 pick overall in the 1988 draft from the Minnesota North Stars which Modano led the team in scoring for  five straight  seasons in the 1991-92 seaon in his thrid year  in the NHL when he collected 77 points.
    Jaromir  Jagr    Jagr a gifted  Czechoslovakian was grabbed in the 1990 entry draft, first overall draft for the Pittsburgh Penguins and won the back-to-back  On March 28,Jagr displaced Peter Stastny from the record books when he recorded his 140th point of the season, which was also his 60th goal in the 1995-96 season.
     Brendan Shanahan     Shanahan was selected N0.2 overall by New Jersey in the 1987 entry draft .Shanahan scored 81 goals in his last three seasons with the Devils prior to being traded to the  St.Louis, where he scored 50 goals in two of his three seaons, then was dealt to Hardford, where he had 78 points in 74 games in the 1995-96. Then traded again off to Detroit scoring 46 goals and collected 87 points in 79 games, also racked up 131 penalties minutes.
