In the summer of 1997 five guys form Coral Springs, Fl came together to become a new punk band, New Found Glory (NFG). New found Glory is a mix of different types of music.  For instance, hard-core, punk, emo, and rock. They soon independently recorded an EP, It's All About The Girls.   After the release of their EP, the guys of NFG, Jordan Pundik (vocals), Chad Gilbert (guitar), Steve Klein (guitar), Ian Grushka (bass), and Cyrus Bolooki (drums) were discovered by Drive Thru Records.

In 2000, MCA and Drive Thru Records teamed up to release their highly successful, self-titled album, New Found Glory.  The two popular singles from this album are "Hit or Miss", and "Boy Crazy".

In June 2002, NFG released their latest album Sticks and Stones.  It became popular with the f singles "My Friends Over You", and "Head on Collision."  Since NFG has been around their music hasn't changed much.  Though it has matured.  Currently New Found Glory is on tour with Good Charlotte.
