You should always warm-up before playing. Then, you should stretch your muscles so you don't pull them.

Jump left and right over a soccer ball to build up your stamina and leg muscles. Then, jump forward and backwards over a ball.

For this exercise, get partner and a ball. Then, link ankles and you have your partner sit-up and you lay down. Start with the ball above your head. Then, do a sit-up and bring the ball up with you. Hand the ball to your partner and he/she will do the same. This will build your stomach muscles.

To have hood foot skills, you should juggle. Juggling is when you keep the ball from touching the ground by using all body parts except for your hands and arms.

Dribbling is a great way to improve ball-handling skills. To improve on ball-handling skills, set-up cones just a foot away and get a ball. Dribble by weaving in and out of the cones. When you reach the end, turn around and go the other way.

To see if you have improved; then, grab a friend and play one on one and see if your skills have improved.
