Amuro Ray is the main "good" character in Char's Counterattack. He originally appeared in the very first Gundam series, (Mobile Suit Gundam 0079). Amuro pilots the RX-93 nGundam in Char's Counterattack against Char's Sazabi and Neo Zeon. He and Char we're both in love with a girl named Lalah Sune, a pilot for the Principality of Zeon, but she tragically killed in a battle between Amuro and Char. Amuro has hated Char ever since.
