Sports have been entertaining the world for years. Sports are a way of taking people's minds off of everything else. When 9-11 occurred, sports took a recess. But after the pause, sports resumed play to help people take their minds off of and forget the tragedy. Baseball, basketball, and football are three very well known sports in America. Ever since the three leagues, MLB, the NBA, and the NFL, have been established, they have excited and entertained crowds across the U.S. Sports are certainly a part of America's pastime.
