You get more air when you jump by preloading the suspension. To preload you will have to press down the analog stick or directional button whenever you are at the base of the jump. After you press down, you'll then quickly press up on the directional button or analog stick. If you do this correctly you'll get a lot of air. When jumping from hill to hill, try to land on the far side of the hill to maintain speed.
To balance the ATV, you would use the left analog stick, or the directional button to shift the rider's weight on the ATV in any direction. The good landings depend on how the four wheels hit the ground. If you don't do this correctly, you wipe out!
