Stretching And Warm Up
Stretching

In the picture to the left we are stretching are arms and legs. Lung form side to side while reaching your opposite hands over your head. Do this about 8- 12 times. |
| In the picture to the right were doing sit-ups. We do 7 sets of 8 reps. for each set we have places where are feet are. The first and last times we have are feet on the ground. For the second and second to the last time your feet are in the air and your legs are bent. For the third and the third to the last time your legs are straight up in the air and your feet are crossed. And for the forth time your legs are open in a V. | ![]() |

Ashley to the left is showing how to stretch your legs too. Its the same thing as before but this time bend one of your legs behind you and keep your other one straight out in font of you. Repeat the same stretch as before. |
| In the picture to the right Amanda is showing you how to stretch your legs. Extend you legs in front of you and reach for your toes. Do this 5 times with your feet flexed the pointed. | ![]() |

Warm Up
Kicks and leaps

Start with your left leg back and your right foot front. Have your arm are out in a T. |
| Next kick your left leg up while your right foot stays down. Still have your arm out to the sides. Then step forward with your left foot. then kick up with your right foot. We do about 8 sets of 10. | ![]() |

When we get to the other side we reveries the step and do it all over again. |

We also do kicks to the side, to the back, and to the front. Its the same thing as before but instead of kicking your leg front, you kick it back or to the side. |
