Lisa's History Lisa also is not short of adventures. She made friends with a homeless jazzman named Bleeding Gums Murphy, won a regional essay contest, briefly became Little Miss Springfield, and has been a goalie on a pee-wee hockey team. She discovered who the true founder of Springfield was, has gone to a military academy, and helped Mr. Burns get his fortune back. In "Girly Edition", she becomes a news anchor on a kid's news program. One of Lisa's mistakes actually brought good when she cheated on a test and got Springfield Elementary a state grant fix up the school. In "Little Big Mom", Lisa takes over for Marge when she breaks her leg. She has been a tree hugger, and has helped Bart put Sideshow Bob behind bars every few years or so. |
