Homer J. Simpson is the town buffoon.  Every time he tries to do something he's too lazy or stupid to do it right. He drinks too much and isn't very dependable.  Normally he always tries to do what he thinks is ok but he's always wrong.  He spies on his people, plans and does pranks, works poorly, and walks around in his underwear.  But he is still my favorite character and has the best lines.  His most noticeable characteristics are that he is over weight and stupid.
