Bart is a punk kid who doesn't really care what he does.  He doesn't do his school work, disobeys his parents, purposely asks stupid questions and generally makes everything else more difficult than it needs to be.  He can have his kind side though and be helpful but don't expect to see that side too often.  His most noticeable characteristic is that he's bad and rude.

Lisa is a know it all.  She is one of the smartest kids in her school, and nags a lot.  Everything she sees she can usually say it's wrong.  That's probably just the territory that comes with being a genius.  She can have her other side though.  She has cheated on a test, played vicious hockey, and ruined homers BBQ Party.  Lisa's most noticeable characteristic is that she is very intelligent.
