| One of the best ballparks in America is Enron Field located in Houston Texas. This field was built in 2001 also with PNC Park. But, in 2002, the Enron corporation was involved in a major scandal in which Enron went bankrupt. The field was forced to change their name to Minute Maid Field. For this web page, I decided to call the field Enron Field because more people recognize that name. Enron Field is home of the Houston Astros. The field has a roof which can open and close depending on the weather. Also, whenever a home run is hit by the Astros, the train goes above the outfield wall! This is a beautiful ballpark and everybody should visit it. | |

| Another new, beautiful park is named Miller Park located in Milwaukee Wisconsin. This park is home of the Milwaukee Brewers. The ballpark was built for many reasons. The Brewers had a ballpark named County Stadium which was very old. Also, Miller industries had a great deal for the Brewers organization which could not be passed up. So, the new stadium was decided to be built for the last place team Brewers. Miller Stadium has a retractable roof. But, the first year that it was opened, remodeling had to be done due to architecture that was not wanted! | |

| This is PAC Bell Park home of the San Francisco Giants. This is also a new ballpark and is very nice. This field is located in San Francisco, California and is right by the San Francisco Bay. Many home run balls are hit into the water where many boats are located to catch the balls. Pac Bell Park has different objects above the outfield to make the ballpark look nicer. It has a huge baseball glove, and a coke bottle to advertise! The Giants play at this field along with Barry Bonds. | |

| This is Comerica Park home of the Detroit Tigers. This ballpark was brand new in the year 2001. But, this field is not considered one of the nicest and many people are not satisfied with how the park was built and the architecture. Comerica park is located in Detroit Michigan and right in the city. This ballpark was built for one main reason. The Tigers were a very bad team and were going bankrupt. The only way there money would rise would be to build a new stadium. So, the ballpark was built in a very short period of time! The new stadium did not bring money up too far and attendance dropped dramatically after the first year. If anybody goes to the game, it is probably to see the stadium and not the Tigers. | |
