This is a picture of the 1970 Pittsburgh Steelers. I thought they were a pretty good team and would might make it to the Super Bowl. They had a lot of good players including Lynn Swan, Terry Bradshaw, Jack Lambert, and Franco Harris. They also had a good defense "The Steel Curtain" led by Lambert {58}, and Green {75}, powered to back to back Super Bowl wins in the 70's. It was probably the best defense in the NFL then. Our team was the best in 1975 said tackle Mean Joe Green. In Knolls 23 seasons as Pittsburgh's coach he guided the Steelers to 12 playoff appearances and four Super Bowl victories.
