Michael Tonge of Sheffield United: Rising young star knocks off Liverpool! In the first leg of the Worthingtong Cup semi-finals on January 8, underdog Sheffield United pulled off a big upset over Premier League power Liverpool. The First Division club trailed for much of the game after Liverpool's Neil Meiller had scored in the first half but with time running out midfielder Micheal Tonge found the net twice in six minutes. His team then held on to take a 2-1 victory.
