Biography

	Jennifer Lopez was born July 24, 1970 in Bronx, New York. She was born to David, a computer technician, and Guadalupe, a kindergarten teacher. She is the middle of 3 sister, Leslie and Lynda. She attended Catholic Grammar School and Preston High school. She went to Barauch College and wanted to become a dancer.
However JLo had to be a fighter. Her mom didn't approve of her dream. She wanted her to be a doctor or a lawyer. She called her mom crying once because she didn't get a part and her mom said. "Don't you ever call me crying again! You chose this path so you better toughen up!" Her mom did not approve so much that JLo moved into the building that she danced at.
	On the other hand she says her father has always made her feel pretty. She's pictured with him here.
JLo landed a part of a Fly Girl on the TV show In Living Color. (top right) After leaving In Living Color she joined shows like Hotel Malibu.
	In 2001 she started a clothing line called JLo.
She also opened her own restaurant called Madres.
	Now she has her own perfume out called Glow by JLo. People say it reminds you of walking through a jasmine garden on a spring morning.
