The first single off of her debut album was the one that everyone remembers.  It was "...Baby One More Time," which was also the song that brought Britney into the music business.

Her second single was "Sometimes," which was a perfect song for the 'spring into summer' song.  Although it rarely made #1 on the music charts, it was still a favorite to many fans in 1999.

Britney's third single off of the album was "(You Drive Me Crazy: the STOP Remix," from the motion picture "Dive Me Crazy."  Melissa Joan Hart, along with many other cast members co-starred in the video.  Ms. Spears was becoming an idol to people everywhere.

The 4th and final song released off the album, in the U.S., was "From The Bottom Of My Broken Heart."  It was more of an 'end of summer song,' about a girl who's broken up with her boyfriend and is regretting it.

Did You Know?

The night before they recorded "...Baby One More Time," Britney stayed up the entire time, singing, just to get those raspy vocals.

One to Hear

"Born to Make You Happy"  and "E-Mail My Heart" are really pretty songs, about a girl who's missing her boyfriend and trying to win him back with her heart.
