There aren't to many limitations for cards in a deck and I'll show you some of the cards that I have with limitations. There are, as of December 20, 2002, twenty-seven cards that you can only have 1 of and five cards that you can only have 2 of.
Here are the limited cards: Exodia and his parts, Pot of greed, Change of Heart, Dark Hole, Raigecki, Monster Reborn, Snatch Steal, Cyber Jar, Upstart Goblin, Swords of Revealing Light, Card Destruction, Witch of the Black Forest, Imperial Order, Jinzo, Ceasefire, Call of the Haunted, Morphing Jar, Limiter Removal, Mirror Force, Delinquent Duo, Confiscation, Painful Choice, The Forceful Sentry. And as more booster series come out there will be more that continue to come out.
Here are the Semi-limited cards: Sangan, Heavy Storm, Nobleman of Crossout, Backup Soldier, and Morphing Jar #2
Dark Hole is a Limited Card that you can only have one of in your deck. It destroys all of the monsters of the field. |
Change of Heart is a great card to have in your deck. Although you can only have one, It is extremely useful if you are in a tight situation. |
 Raigeki is an awesome card to be able to have in your deck. It is a Super Rare from the LOB booster packs. When played, it destroys all of your opponents monsters. There is no cost to using which make it a really handy card to have.

Card Destruction is another Limited Card. When you use Card Destruction, both players must discard their entire hand and draw the same number of cards that they each sent to the graveyard. |
Monster Reborn is an ultra rare card that is an absolute must for your deck. You can bring one card from your opponents or your own graveyard and special summon it to your deck.
