There are many helpful cards in the world of Duel Monsters. I can't even show them all to you. Part of that is because people have different opinions of what is helpful and what isn't. But I'll try to show the best of my cards, rare or not.

Fissure is a great card to have in your deck. Fissure destroys 1 of your opponents monsters with the lowest attack- a great card to use when your opponent has I really powerful card out. 7 tools of the Bandit (Ultra Rare) is another great card to have in your deck. It's a counter trap card that after a payment of 1000 life-points you can negate the activation of another trap card. Gravekeeper's Servant  is a good card for screwing over your opponent. As long as this card remains face up on the field, each time your opponent attacks with a monster, they have to discard one card from the top of their deck.
Big Eye is a very useful card when you're expecting one of your better cards soon. Big Eye is a flip effect card that when it gets flipped you can see the first 5 cards on top of your deck and arrange them in any order that you desire. If your opponent has some good monster cards on the field and you have none of your own to take them out, you should use Dark Hole (Super Rare). If used at the right moment, you could leave your opponents open to a direct attack. Labyrinth Wall, while it doesn't have an effect, does have 3000 Def. points. A good combo to use with this card is to use shield and sword to change it's Atk. power to it's Def. and it's Def. power to it's Atk. power for one turn.
A sonic bird (or 3) is good card to use if your deck has 1 or more ritual cards in it. When Sonic Bird is summoned (excluding special summon) you can go through your deck and take out 1 ritual magic card. Then you must shuffle it. Shield and Sword (Rare) can be used for some good combos. If your opponent has a Summoned Skull (Atk. 2500 Def. 1200) so that its attack becomes its defense and vice-versa for 1 turn. Or you could use S&S for use with a Labyrinth wall. (For more info on latter, see above.) Trap hole is an almost must for a deck. Trap hole destroys a monster summoned by your opponent that has an attack of 1000 points or more. It's only a one time use card but having more than one in a deck can help out a lot.
