Brownie:  Brownies are mysterious creatures that move into the houses of humans.  They live off the crumbs and scraps found around the house, and will occasionally take an egg or two if they live near a farm.  They do give something back in return for the food and supplies they take.  During the night, while the humans are asleep they will perform house hold chores like doing dishes, sweeping floors, polishing shoes, and anything else they can find to do.  They are about 2 feet tall.  They are usually undetectable, but can, at very rare moments be seen.  If one would discover their residence in their homes and brag to their friends that they have a brownie, the brownie will disappear and go to a new home.

Spriggan: Spriggan are distant relative of gnomes, though instead of being friendly to them, they despise them entirely and will attack them on sight.  Spriggans are 3 feet tall normally, but if threatened, they can increase their size to 12 feet tall, and can stay that size for at a maximum of 1 hour a day.  When they grow to the giant size, all inanimate objects they are holding grow with them.  They generally live alone in small underground burrows.  They will attack anybody they see traveling alone, but tend to stay away from large groups.  They will scavenge for food as well as hunt for game if need be.

Leprechauns:  Leprechauns are very greedy, and tricky little creatures.  They have pointed ears and are about 2 feet tall.  They live in clans of about twenty other leprechauns.  They hide their treasure in very unlikely places that they, and only they would know where it is.  If an intruder did manage to find a leprechauns treasure, the leprechaun will beg and negotiate to get it back.  In a last desperate chance, he will offer them three wishes if they will give it back.  After the tree wishes, he will say "Those wishes were phrased so nicely that I will give you one more wish."  If the intruder accepts the leprechaun will laugh and the intruder will find himself teleported away with no gold or wishes granted.

Deep Gnomes:  These gnomes live deep underground.  They are constantly searching the deep mazes and mines created by wizards.  The are in a constant search for gemstones, which they use as a power source to keep air circulating though their deep lairs and to keep the water running underground pure enough to drink.  They also use the stones for trading for supplies needed to survive the deep, cold mines.  They work in groups called teams and communicate so well with each other that outsiders seeing them at work would think they had some form of telepathy.  They are very secretive and hard to find so not much is known of their social lives.  They are two feet tall and have an average life span of 250 years.
