Final Fantasy Cameos
There are several Final Fantasy characters in Kingdom Hearts. they don't fight with you, but they play a big role in the story as the game progresses. Those roles will be explained in this page.

Tidus Tidus is an energetic kid that is willing to practice fighting against Sora. When you beat him, you get 2 EXP.

Selphie You can fight Selphie, too. She is worth 2 EXP. Selphie is real romanticist.
Final Fantasy VIII

Wakka is like Tidus and
Selphie's big brother. He is the toughest opponent in a practice
match. He throws a blitzball at you, but you can deflect it back at
him for (tech) 1 EXP. If he jumps and throws, deflect it for (tech)
2 EXP. For beating him, you get 2 EXP.
Final Fantasy X |

Cid is the first person
Sora meets in Traverse Town. He owns an accessory shop in the First
District. He built his own Gummi Ship to escape his world when the
Heartless destroyed it.

Aerith (or Aeris, for
fans of FFVII) is working with her friends to find out as much about the
Heartless as possible to stop them from destroying any more worlds.

Leon (whose real name is
Squall Leonheart- he changed his name because he was to embarrassed to
admit theat he failed to save his world from the Heartless) works with Aerith
and Yuffie to destroy the Heartless and help people whose homes are gone.

Yuffie is the female
ninja from Wutai that is also trying to get rid of the Heartless.
Despite her small size, she is really strong and very hard when paired up
with Leon in the tournaments.

The Moogles are experts
on item synthesis and can forge such items as the Megalixir, Power Up, or
The famous Ultima Weapon (see "Secrets" page).

Cloud is lost and tried
to use the power of darkness to find something-but nobody knows exactly
what he seeks. All they know is that he is a fierce opponent in the
Coliseum and can beat almost anyone up.

Sephiroth is an optional
boss in the Coliseum that is almost impossible to beat, but if you can
beat him, you will destroy the final boss with no trouble (see
"Secrets" page).
