| When you first get to
Olympus Coliseum, not much is going on, but the heroes will try and
qualify for the games. First, you will have to complete the tests,
which are difficult (just keep trying, that's how I beat it) and then the
prelims. The prelims are just a series of fights ending with
Cloud. If you lose to Cloud, don't fret, the story will continue
with Cerberus beating him up (how could he lose to a puppy like Cerberus?)
then Hercules saving him. Then, you have to take care of
Cerberus. He isn't hard to overcome, just lock on and stay to the
sides of his heads and attack. After you leave, Chip and Dale will
tell you about each new tournament as they open. |
 Phil
Cup |
The Phil cup has no bosses, but
there are tons of Heartless. Just keep on fighting until the 2nd
seed, the last.

The Pegasus Cup is harder than the
Phil Cup, ending with the "Yuffie and Leon" Fight, which is
hard.

 Hercules
Cup |
The Hercules Cup ends with (you
guessed it) Hercules. He isn't too hard, just throw barrels at him
to make him vulnerable to attack. Just make sure to survive his
spinning sword attack. If you already won the Phil and Pegasus
Cups, you get the powerful Olympia Keyblade. Either way, you gain
the Yellow Trinity ability.

 Hades

Here is the mother of all
challenges... 50 seeds and a boss every 10. The hardest one is
Cloud and Leon, the 20th seed. When you triumph, you gain the
ultimate skill, Trinity Limit, and the ability to access the Gold Match.
Opens after Hollow Bastion is
locked and all other tournaments are opened. |
| Gold Match: You
will fight the Rock Titan's older brother, Ice Titan here. He is
HARD. First off, do not cast Aeroga (or any other Aeros); the
ice shards he fires will grow and you won't be able to hit them back at
him. You should remove Dodge Roll and have Guard on. When he
fires ice shards, just use Guard to hit them back and cause damage.
Evenyually, he will be stunned and you can run up and use Ragnarok on
him. Every time he gets back up, he gains a new attack.
Niether attack is hard to avoid, just run away from where he is
facing. Basically, all you have to do to win is survive. |

He's back, and he will
kick your butt. a lot. This fight is very hard at level 100, you'll
win about one tenth of the time. To win,you have to have the Second
Chance ability equipped. As the fight begins, Superglide (having
just Glide will get you killed) away and cast Aeroga. Keep on
hitting him once or twice every pass and running. You will
eventually start damaging him. Keep on doing this until you hear him
say "Sin Harvest"- you can't avoid this, use Ars Arcanum and
Bash while you're invincible to take 0 damage. If a halo appears
above Sora's head, go to "Items" and select an Elixir- nothing
less. Use the Elixir about 2-3 seconds after the halo appears.
The attack should hit you then you'll use the Elixir. Just keep
repeating this and avoid his attacks (or surviving them) and using Strike
Raid and Ars Arcanum to beat him for 18,000 EXP and an entry in the
"Characters" section in the journal. |
