About Clans |

| Clans are groups of good, great, and sometimes mediocre players who get together to play regularly. They are usually friends but sometimes you meet online. Clans can be named anything. I've even seen an "oatmeal on toast" clan. Clans are good to be in especially if you want to play a lot. However, sometimes clans are bad and want to con you out of money with "membership" fees. Don't join those. | ||

When: If you want to play all the time and your friends don't or you can't find anyone else to play you. Why: To gain experience playing to be better to win tournaments and contests. How: Just find someone from a clan, ask him about recruitment and do what he says. Why Not: You get conned, and sometimes, stalked. |

| I hate clans personally. I think you can find a game online easier by just joining. I think that if you are really good, create your own clan. That way you say who gets in and it's risk free. I would say that you should join a clan if you feel like you have been alienated by other players. However, a simpler solution is to just create a new account. This is my personal say on clans. | |
