Here is a picture of first position. You can do this position  by putting both your feet together and turning tem both out.

Here is a picture of second position. You can do this position by starting in first position then spreading your feet farther apart.

    
         

Here is a picture of third position. You can do this position by turning your left foot out and putting your right foot where the strap of your ballet shoe is.

Here is a picture of forth position. You can do this position by starting in third position and move your right foot forward about a foot.

                 
            

Here is a picture of fifth position. You can do this position by starting in forth position and bringing your right foot to the tip of your left foot.

Here is a picture of first arabesque. You can do this position by starting in first position then you lift your left/right leg as far as you can go.

                

Here is a picture of Demi plies. You can do this position by putting both your feet in first position then bending both your legs.

Here is a picture of arabesque penchee. You can do this position by starting in first arabesque  and bringing both your hands crossed across your chest. Then lean over as far as you can go but still keep your balance.
