This girls hair is at a medium length right above the shoulders.   I chose this because its very manageable and you could wear your hair regular or style it like above.  To get her hair you can get it cut with those layers and part your hair to the side and flip it out with some hair gel.

I choose this hairstyle because it was one of my favorites and I would probably get this done. This hairstyle is easy to do and is pretty looking.  Its basically just short straight with large bangs and has some small layers.  To do this you can have a straight part and then have a part off to the sides for your bangs.  

This hairstyle would look good on either straight or curly hair, but I think it looks best n curly.  If you have straight hair you could do either any day. there are no layers so if you want them you can put a part in your hair.  to get this kind of curly hair you can scrunch your hair by putting gel in your hair and scrunching it.
