Ryan Phillippe was born on September 10, 1974. He grew up in New Castle, Delaware with his three sister: Kristen, Lindsay, and Katelyn. His father is a chemical technician and his mother works in pre- and post-natal care. |
| Reese and Ryan met at her 21st birthday party in June 1997. By the end of that summer they moved in together. They were engaged in December 1998, but waited untill the following March to make it public. At the same time they announced they were expecting a child. They were married in June 1999 and their daughter was born three months later. |

On September 9, 1999 Ava Elizabeth Phillippe was born in Los Angeles. Reese and Ryan are still together today with their little girl Ava. They just recently purchased a home in the south to raise Ava and have her go to school there. Ava is now 3 years old and goes to preschool. |
