This page on my websit will be about horses of the Thoroughbred breed.  It contains information on this breed.  The Thoroughbred has permissible white markings and can be any solid color.  These horses can be up to 17 hands.   Height and weight vary according to bloodlines.  Thoroughbreds are extremely fast horses.  This horse is gracefully built with powerful and muscular form.

  Riding horses are generally of light build unlike racehorses which are compact and muscular. Thoroughbreds are best known as racing horses.  They're suitable for dressage and showjumping, and hunting.  They are known for their brave, almost fearless, and lively nature.

 The Thoroughbred has a naturally extended action through its size with a smooth trot, impressive gallop and jumping ability.  These are extremely fast horses.  The Thoroughbred breed was founded in England but are now bred all over the world.  Thoroughbreds are used throughout the world to improve other breeds.
