Roy and Karen, soon moved the family, which included younger sibs, Heather
and Tyler, to Bowie, Maryland. Growing up, JC played sports, espacially
football and basketball, and he loved to sing and dance.

Joey is proud of his Italian heritage. And like many talented sons of
Italy before him, Joey loved to perform for an audience. At age 3 Joey was
already putting on shows for his family and friends, and he had the lead
role in his kindergarten prodcution of Pinocchio.

Alan Kirkpatrick is the oldest member of *NSync, Chris was born on October
17, 1971, in Clarion, Pa. Chris' dad died when he was still in grade
school. As a Child, Chris loved to make people laugh, but it wasn't until
he was in high school that he realized he wanted to be a performer. His
drama teacher cast Chris as the lead in the school production of the
musical Oliver! and all he knew that this time was that he wanted to do it
for the rest of his life.

Lance Bass was born on May 4, 1979. When he was born, his older sister,
Stacy, declared he was a little doll. She had no idea that 20 years later,
half of the world's female population would agree with her. When Lance was
11 years old, his family moved from their hometown of Laurel, Mississippi,
to the nearby town of Clinton. In the 7th grade, he joined his school's
chorus, and a year later, he auditioned for, and won, a spot in the
statewide chorus,
Mississippi Show Stoppers.
