January 16, 1979 a queen was born. Aaliyah lived a full life in just 22
years. She's accomplished most of her goals which inspired a young
generation, like myself, to work hard for what you want and to never to
compromise yourself while doing so. She had a style all her own and was
known for her savy street-but-sweet self. Her image told young females
that you didn't have to sell yourself low to be seen or heard, and that
your talent should do the talking. She held herself high but without
arrogance and being conceited which is another reason why millions loved
who she was. No matter how big she got, she always thanked the Lord and
her fans. . |
