| This is a picture of the Miracle on Ice. This is when the U.S. won the gold medal in the Olympics in 1971. This was called the miracle on ice because U.S.A. wasn't even supposed to medal in the games. They weren't supposed to medal because all of the players on the team were just out of college. These college kids were going against the best players in the N.H.L. and in their respective countries. | |

This is picture of the four jerseys used by the four Sutter brothers. In all there were six brother but four played in the N.H.L. at the same time. Which is mind boggling that four people in the same family can make the N.H.L. when it is a 1 and a millionth chance of making it. |

To the right is a picture of Mario Lemiux. This picture is when he scored his first goal ever in the N.H.L. It went like this First game, First shift, First shot, First goal. Which is unbelievable and has never done before. |

During the 1987-88 season, Oilers goalie Grant Fuhr didn't crack the top 5 in 2 main categories: goals-against average (3.43) or save percentage (.881). However he won 40 games the most in the league and tying the lead for shutouts. Also Grant is one of the only black goalies to play in the N.H.L. |
