LOVE Park-this is one of the best spots in the world, it has recently been skate stopped, it has everything you could think of
FDR Skate Park-this place is is made by skaters, they just poured a bunch of concrete, its amazing, it is constantly being covered with graffiti  
Temple University-if your looking for a spot that you won't get arrested this is the place, its in one of the worst neighborhoods of North Philly

Pittsburgh

Martian Luther King School-nice banks with big drop at bottom/9 stair handrails, located in the North Side

885 Skate Park-nicely built, West Mifflin

Mellon Square-best spot in around across from the William Penn Hotel,Downtown
5 Oxford Building, smooth ledges, Downtown on Wood Street
Mellon Building-nice ledges and stairs, Downtown Wood Street 
PNC Bank's Park- Downtown by the huge sculpture
PNC/Heinz /North Shore Park-you could spend all day here, small ledges, big ledges, banks, small stairs, big stairs
Oakland Spots-Oakland spots is made up for many colleges, Pitt is one of the best there
McKinley Skate Park-Pretty good, all metal ramps, up the road from Tambilini's
