This is a kickboard. The kickboard helps you kick better, faster, and harder. It helps people who sprint more then people who swim distance because you have to go faster and shorter distances. Some drills we do are: 15 minute kick, fifties on one minute. |
|
These are goggles. They are used to help you see underwater. If you didn't have goggles you would probably crash and your eyes would burn. You should have an extra pair of goggles in case yours brake. |

This is a pull buoy. You put it between your legs. You use it to pull yourself through the water to strengthen your arms. A good set is eight 100's pull on 1:30. |

These are paddles. They increase your arm strength by increasing the amount of drag on your hands and making you pull harder. They also help you go faster. A good set is three sets of four 100's. The first set is with no equipment on 1:50. The second set on 1:40 with paddles. The last set on 1:25 or 1:30 with paddles and flippers. |

This is a picture of flippers. They help you kick harder. There are a bunch of different sizes so it doesn't matter what size your feet are because there are many sizes. A good set is six 100's kick with fins. |
