When you are building your deck you should have at least 25 mana.
Mana are what you see to the left. There are five types of mana they
are black (swamp), red (mountain), blue (island), green (forest), and
white (plains). There are also many types of double mana and special
mana which will be talked about on the special abilities page. |
| When
building your deck you must have creatures. You should have at least
20 creatures. Creatures are the type of things you see on the
right. There are still the same five types of creatures as
there are mana. There are also multi colored creatures and some
creatures have special abilities which I will talk about on the Special
abilities page. |

Artifacts can be
a nice bonus. Artifacts are what you see on the left. Artifacts are
colorless so they can go in any deck. They also either can help you
or hurt the opponent. there are also artifact creatures which
act like creatures but fall under the category of artifacts. |
|
Enchantments give special abilities to some creatures, all creatures you control,
or gives you protection from some creatures, or all creatures. They
can be nice to have in your deck but they are not needed. Your
enchantments should go along with your deck's strategy. If you
do decide to have them in your deck only put less than five in there.
There are different types that I'll talk about on special abilities page. |

There are many types
of instants. Instants can be very useful in a sticky
situation. I'd advise you to have at least five of these in your
deck. Some have a special ability called kicker which I will explain
on the special abilities page. |
| Walls are very useful when your on the
defensive. Though walls can't attack they can block creatures with
out you receiving any damage. Some walls can give damge to the
attacking creature. |

Sorceries are a lot like instants. The
only difference is that you can only play sorceries can only be played
during your turn. I suggest that you put a few(2-4) in your deck. |
