| Huma- |
Huma is a Knight of Solomnia in the Order of the Crown. He is in the
war against the Dark Queen, Tackis. He journeys all about Ansalon
trying to find a way to defeat the Dark queen and end the war.
Throughout the story, Huma encounters friends that help him along the way.
One, who is a mysterious girl that has the ability to transform into a
dragon. He finds a live for the girl, as she does him, but it isn't
until later when Huma finds out that she really is a dragon. |
| Kaz- |
Kaz is a minotaur, a bull headed creature with the body shaped of a
man. Kaz's race were enslaved by the ogres, which were
commanded by the Dark Queen. Having struck down his ogre captain,
Kaz was running from his nation. In the process, he was captured by a pack
of goblins, also commanded by the Dark Queen. Found and freed by Huma, Kaz has taken an oath to follow Huma until the time when he could
return the debt. |
| Gwyneth- |
Gwyneth is a claric of Palidine, the god of al that is good. She
first meets Huma when she tends to his wounds from the field of
battle. The too fall in love instantly, but this young woman holds a
surprising secret: she is a dragon. The very same dragon who Huma
told his thoughts too, even his love for Gwyneth. Its not until Huma
is about to fight the Queen of Darkness that he finds out. Through
everything going on, he manages to forgive Gwyneth, but its too late. |
| Magius- |
Magius is a renagade mage, a mage who has turned on the teachings of
magic. After failing the test that all mages take, he tried to
change the future that could cast him his life. Wile in the past, he
was best friends with Huma, and aids him in finding the Dragon Lances that
will help destroy the Dark Queen. |
| Lord
Oswall- |
Lord Oswall is a lord of the Knights of Solomnia. After the death of
his brother, the leader of the Knights, Lord Oswall takes his place. |
| Bennett- |
Bennet
is a knight of the Crown, son to lord oswall. |
| Crynus- |
Cyrnus
is a warlord of the Dark Queen. He rides a black dragon named
and is one of the most valuable warlords. He can heal any wounds and
doesn't actually die until he is engulfed in dragon flames. |
| Galan
Dracos- |
Galan
Dracos is a renagade mage like Magius. He fights on the Dark Queen's
side and is one of great importance. He is the one who brings the
Dark Queen to the dimension of the world. |
| Takhis- |
Also known as the Dark Queen and the Dragon Queen, Takhis is the goddess
of evil. In her attempt to take over the world, she conquers ogres
and forces them under her command, along with goblins and minotours.

| Rennard- |
Rennard is a Knight of Solomnia under the Order of the Crown. Ever
since Huma's father died, Rennard has looked after him in a fatherly way,
taking him under his wing and training him in the arts of the
knighthood. Huma finds rennard to be a traitor, something that he
cannot come to believe, unti l he faces and defeats Rennard in
battle. |
