There are two was to set a ball. One is
if you are late or the ball is passed low you make your plat form vertical
and bump the ball high enough for some one to hit the ball. The
other way is to get there early get in proper position which is to square
up facing your hitter and you put your
right foot forward arms up so if you let go of the ball the ball would
fall on your hair line. Then you snap your arms up releasing the
ball nice and high so the hitter can hit it. |

The proper way to spike is to take the three
step approach to the net. The first step should be a little step to
get you started. The second step it BIG and you are pulling your
arms back out and wide. On you third step you swing your arms forwarded
swinging them up it hit the ball the other side of the court
to score. |

To have the best
bump is to have the perfect plat form. If you look on the right you will
see the perfect platform. You
should have your knees bent, shoulder shrugged, and arms out. using
your legs push up to hit the ball. Key DO NOT BEND YOUR ELBOWS! |
