Volleyball is one of the most rapidly growing sport especially with girls. The sport celebrated its the  anniversary in 1995. This sport has developed from a backyard game to a fast and most powerful sport on the elite international level. the game of volleyball has been played in high school and collage the success of the United States Olympic Team (Bronze metal and the 1992 Olympics  and silver metal in the  1994 Olympics.) All of a sudden a lot younger children are playing this sport in door and outdoor.  In addition, this sport requires little equipment and space, is relatively inexpensive, and is always fun. You can play co-ed or the same gender.  A key point is when ever you are getting ready for a play to start you should get in the ready potion.
