In this section I will tell you how to do
different tricks. So if you don't know how to do an Ollie, Kickflip, 360, Rocket
Air, or a Kickflip McTwist then just read this part and you'll find out how!
| Ollie | To do an ollie you just put one foot
on the end of the board. Put the other foot in the middle of the board.
Kick the foot that is at the end of the board, and at the same time slide
up the foot that is in the middle. This will level the board out. Keep
trying and after awhile you will get it.
|
| Kickflip | To do a kickflip you do the same thing
as an ollie but when you slide your foot up, slide it to the side so it
makes the board spin.(some people like to put there feet at a 45 degree
angle) Make sure that you are going to land on the right side. This trick
takes a lot of practice but you will get it after awhile.
|
| 360 | This trick doesn't have much to it.
All you do is get some speed and spin around one time. It's not that hard.
The hardest part is making sure you don't spin to much so you go off in an
angle and loose your balance.
|
| Rocket Air | To do a rocket air you have to get
speed on a ramp or half pipe. Then you put your 2 feet on the end of the
board. With your hands you hold the other end of the board and slant the
board up so it's like a foot away from your stomach but up as high as it.
Then when you are coming down just let go of the board and land it.
|
| Kickflip McTwist | This is the hardest trick of them all. This time you have to get a lot of speed on the ramp or half pipe. You have to do two things at once in a period of 5 seconds. You first have to get ready to kickflip the board while you are doing a flip. The first thing you do is get speed. Then you have to kickflip the board while you are flipping. So once you are upside down the board should be half flipped. Right before you come down grab the board and put it under your feet. It takes practice but after awhile you'll get it. |
