A.C. 195

A.C. (After Colony) indicates the era in which immigrants to the space colonies made their second homes. However, gradually, the United Earth Sphere Alliance that is established  in the year A.C. 133, to solve continuous riots in that generation, also gained overwhelming military strength and began to oppress the colonies in the name of peace and justice. Finally, in the year A.C. 195, people  attempting to protect the sovereignty of the colonies launched Operation Meteor. At that time, OZ, which was attempting to seize the Earth Sphere, began to gain influence on Earth where the five Gundams had come down.

The Five Gundams

Wing Gundam Zero is the basis of the five Gundams. Because there was no pilot who could handle its in comparable power, the five Gundams were born by dividing [the Zero system] into five specialized powers of

"Flight Power" (Wing Gundam)

"Stealth Power"  (Gundam Deathscythe)

"Searching out the enemy power" (Shenlong)

"Heavy Weapons" (Heavyarms)

"Hand-to-Hand Combat Power" (Sand rock)

The Zero System

This is the common name for a cockpit system that instantaneously calculates all the data generated under battle conditions, and gives the pilot direct feed back on the vast estimates obtained. However, this system leads the pilot on to extreme conditions, and it even urges his death if it finds it a most effective tactic for a certain operation. Wing Gundam Zero and Gundam Epyon are equipped with this system.

 Mobile Doll

An unmanned mobile suit that operates by inputting attack data using automated control. This technology was developed by Tubarov of the Romefeller Foundation, installed with Leo and Taurus models and perfected with the Virgo models. Afterwards, the White Fang force developed a system to use the human brain as the central nervous system to tactically move multiple mobile dolls as circumstances dictate.

Sanc Kingdom

This is a king in Northern Europe where the Peacecraft family reigns and espouses total pacifism. The Sanc Kingdom did not accept the political policies of the Romefeller Foundation, and collapsed in the year A.C. 182 in a coup d'etat fomented through the Alliance Army. Milliardo and Relena are the children of the king at that time. Relena was restored to the throne in the year A.C. 195, but the kingdom was again decimated by the hands of the newly formed OZ.

Wing Gundam

About the armaments: The Buster Rifle boasts a high output that can crush even a battle ship, but can only fire three shots. It has a rather long range. Further, the Beam Sabers, which are stored within the Gundam's shield, emit a beam that is clearly stronger than those of the mass-produced Mobile Suits.

Wing Gundam Zero

The wings that it spreads  are its greatest characteristic. The flight speed is increased dramatically because of the Vernier Engines. The twin Buster Rifle has more than twice the destructive force of the Wing Gundams Buster Rifles, and it can be divided into two separate rifles.

Gundam Deathscythe "Heck"

The pilot is Duo Maxwell. This is a reinforced model of the Gundam Deathscythe that was destroyed and then repaired by the five developers of the Gundams. The spread wing form is called the "God of Death" or the "Bat". The active clock that opens and closes plays a role when the  developers, who were captured by OZ, make their escape.

In order to improve the hyper jammer effect, and to increase the defensive ability, "Active cloak" armor was added that could open and close. Blades were attached to both ends of the beam scythe, and the power was increased into a colossal twin beam scythe.    

Tallgeese

The pilot is Zechs Merquise. Howard and the five professors who created the Gundams developed this machine twenty years ago, and it could be called the origin of Mobile Suits. It is an audacious design that takes no account of the pilot's safety, and orthodox modern weapons are no match for it. Zechs says that it is not for battles but rather, "It is a Mobile Suit for duels"  

About the armaments: With just a Dobergun and a Beam Saber that have overwhelming might, the weapons are extremely simple. However, it is a machine that is very difficult to handle, and requires considerable skill to operate. Its acceleration is so deadly any pilot other than Zechs might not be able to survive it. With large boosters, Tallgeese could fly into outer space.

Epyon

This is a "Mobile Suit for a Knight" and has no projectile weapon at all. The cockpit has adopted the Zero System. Trezie developed  it independently, and turned it over to Heero, but Heero replaced it with Wing Gundam Zero, and ultimately Zechs became the pilot. "Epyon" is the Greek word for "Next."
