| The New Jersey Pride was one of the real powerhouses of the MLL (Major League Lacrosse). The leader of the team was Jesse Hubbard and he led them to a near championship experience. Last season the New Jersey Pride took second place. | |

The Baltimore Bayhawks were also contenders for the championship last year. Greg Cattrano was one of the best goalies last year to lead the way. The Bayhawks have a lot of young talent. Look for them to win the championship in the future. |

| The Long Island Lizards were the MLL champions last year. The players that led their team were Syracuse grads, Gary Gait and Casey Powell. The Long Island Lizards were easily the best team last year. They only had one loss total to the New Jersey Pride. |

The Rochester Rattlers were the underdogs and almost everyone liked there quick and fancy style of play. Their new pick Ryan Powell (Casey's little brother) will be a great addition to their team this upcoming season. |
