Attacker: The attacker is a very important player on a lacrosse team because he/she is the person that usually scores the goals. The attacker always stays on the opponents side of the field. The attacker holds a short stick with a small head on it . |

Midfielder: The midfielder is the all around player on the lacrosse team. He/She must play offense and defense. That is why it is imperative that the midfielder is in good shape and can run constantly. The midfielder can run anywhere on the field. The midfielder holds a small stick and a small head. |
| Defender: The defender is a vital role on the lacrosse team. The defender stays on the side of the goalie and hardly ever scores. Why be a defender if you never score? You have the longest stick on the team and you can bash people's heads in if you want . The only rule is no hits below the waist because you have no pads there. |

Goalie: The goalie can be the key to success or the corner stone to a losing season. The goalie makes key saves in a game. You have to be a little bit crazy to be a goalie because you get hit with hard balls traveling at speeds of up to 120mph. |
