Disney World and Universal in

Orlando, Florida

This is Doug's web page about 6 parks in Orlando, Florida. You are probably thinking Disney World is just for little kids but you are a bit wrong. It is for little kids but it is also for teenagers and adults. In this website you'll see cool rides that are in Disney World that you might you not know about. I'll also tell you about Universal and Island's of Adventure. Both of them have lots of rides for our age group, I'll just tell you about some of them. You also are probably wondering how did I find out all of this info.  Well, I have been to Orlando, Florida 8 out of the last 9 years. Maybe, after looking at this you might want to go here sometime.

On top of this is a map of Disney World. As you see there

are more than 4 parks in Disney World. One of things is the 3 water parks you see. They are called River Country, Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon Lagoon. There is also places to stay, a downtown area with a
Planet Hollywood, shops, and a 22 screen movie theater. There is also a boardwalk with a
restaurant called the ESPN Zone. Then there is also your 4 main parks. The parks are basically the main attraction for Disney World. On an average day in the summer Disney world normally have

more than 125,000 people visit the 4 parks and more than 250,000 people visit all of the attractions.

On the top of this is a picture of all of Universal. As you see Universal has less things to do than Disney World but that does not mean that it is not exciting. There is still many things to do than just go to the parks as you see. There is a Hard Rock Cafe which if you do not know we are getting here in Pittsburgh in the Summer of 2002. There is alos other things to do like dance in clubs and go see a movie at a 20 screen theater. Then there is also you parks. As you see Island's of Adventure is looks more exciting since it has more roller coasters and other exciting rides. Universal Studios also has thrilling rides but they are all smaller and in a building.
