This is the shaft it is the long part of the stick.  You use a 3 foot one of these if you play attack or midfield.  You use a 6 foot one if you play defense.  These have a pretty big price difference. If it is an attack stick it can run from thirty to ninety dollars.  If it is a defense then it can run from thirty-seven to one hundred twenty-seven.  There is a third size stick and that is the goalie stick and it can go for twenty-one to one hundred dollars.  They have a big price difference because it matters how good of quality stick.  If you have a cheap one it will usually dent and maybe even bend before a stronger one.

This is the head.  It is the oval part at the top of the stick.  In men's lacrosse you can have a pocket which is when the string is a little loose.  In women's it has to be tight so that you have no pocket.  There are many sticks you can get from beginners to advance you can also get different kind of mesh for it either hard soft or traditional.  This head is called the Cobra and is a pretty good head for attack but depending on what position you want to play you might want to get a different head because for defense your going to have to throw the ball far so it usually comes in handy if you have a head that is made to throw far.

These are armguards you really need to use these if you play attack because you always get smack with a stick from the defense men.  The arm guards cost about twenty to thirty dollars depending on the quality.  These arm pads are called the mercury arm guards and are made by STX.

These are shoulder pads.  You use them on your shoulders to protect you.  These run around thirty to fifty dollars.  These shoulder pads are made by  STX.

This is a helmet it is used to protect your head.  They usually come in two different colors either black or white.  This particular helmet is called the C2 it is one hundred forty nine dollars.  You can get them as cheap as one hundred dollars.

This is a lacrosse net.  This particular one is high school size.  One hundred and twenty dollars.  They can range from four hundred fifty dollars to one hundred dollars.  You can also by nets to go over them to help you shoot.
