Bill Cowher thrives on challenges. In his five year career he was a over achier. After his five years as a player he became a coach. Cowher accented from coaching ranks. From Special Teams Coach to Defense Coordinator to Head Coach and was one of the youngest head coaches in the league. He had really good success in his first six seasons then the next two years he had to sub-par seasons. In his first six season he lead the Steelers to the playoffs all six times. He did it in the first game at Heinz Field. Jerome has 550 yards in five games an average of 5.9 yards a carry. He went to Notre Dame and has played in the NFL for 9 years.
