| Ollie- An Ollie is the
easiest thing to do. In order to do other tricks, you have to know
how to do an Ollie. To do an Ollie, you have to put your back foot on the
back of the board. Put your front foot a little under the middle of
the board. Kick down with your back foot( the harder you kick down,
the higher your Ollie will be) and slide your front foot up the board.
It will probably take a week or a couple weeks depending on how much you
practice.

| Heel flip- Put
your feet in the same position as an Ollie but put your front foot a
little on the right side of the board. Kick down as hard as you can and
slide your foot up the board and kick it off the right side of the
board. In order to master a heel flip, you have to know how to an Ollie. |
 |
| Kick flip - A kick flip
is sort of like a heel flip but a little different and a little
harder. Position your feet as you would on an Ollie or heel flip but
instead of having your front foot on the side of the right side of the
board, have it near the left side of the board. kick down as hard as
you can and kick backwards. Let it spin one time and land on the
board. This will take a couple weeks. |
