instant recognition. The album is 2Pacalypse Now and gives the world two
big hits. "Trapped" and "Brenda's Got A Baby." As a
member of Digital Underground, he appears on the track,"Same
Song", from the album Sons of the P. In 1992 Tupac decides to use the
name 2Pac for rap and Tupac Shakur for his acting career. He co-stars in
the movie, Juice and gets critical acclaim. |

In 1993 he starred along side Janet Jackson in Jon
Singleton's film Poetic Justice. In 1994 2Pac's "Thug Life his second
solo album is released. His second movie role in Above The Rim. In
November 2Pac is shot outside a New York City recording studio in what was
believed an armed robbery. In December, one day after 2Pac was shot, he is
acquitted of sodemy and weapons charges. |

it hits multi platinum status. In May , While in prison , He marries long
time friend, Keisha Morris. Tupac immediately starts work on his fourth
album after being behind bars for eight months. |

In 1996 2Pac records a track with Faith Evans, and starts a
contrversy that some say leads to the East\West Coast rap war. He releases
the first two disk rap cd, "All Eyes On Me" and it debuts at #1
on the Billboard Charts selling more than 5 million copies. He Co-stars in
Gang Related. That was some of 2Pac's success but there is more that he
