Xbox was created my Microsoft, one of the largest technical corporations in the world.  Microsoft has never tried making a console system like this before, but they seem to know enough about it to be very successful.  It is also the most advanced system of the three, having a 700 MHz processor, a very powerful graphics processor, and a hard drive.  The Xbox also doubles as a DVD/CD player, having an available DVD remote for those who are too lazy to connect a controller.  Xbox is the only American-made console out of the newest three; the others are Japanese. 

Halo is one of the first games to come out for the Xbox system.  It is a futuristic, strategic war game that is very entertaining.  The 2001 "Game of the Year" award was won by Halo.

Amped is a snowboarding game for Xbox.  Unlike past sports games that were made for console systems, the sports games of today, like this one, have very realistic graphics and physics.  

The game Project Gotham Racing is one of the first racing games to come out for the Xbox.  While the graphics are not spectacular, it is a fast racing game that is fast and fun.
