| The 10 acres of the stadium which was formerly occupied by Pitt Stadium, will now be used for the Petersen Event Center. It seats 12,500, and will be used for the Pittsburgh Panthers men's and women's basketball. It has modern recreation and fitness facilities, and will hold the graduation ceremonies for the Pittsburgh senior class. | |
