| Helpful Toning Excersises |
| Crunches help to tone your abs however it is
much more effective if you hold five pound dumbells over your head while
you do them never bending your arms. |
| Although running is good for you, too much is
not, walking burns more calories and is every bit as effective. Plus
it is not hard on your knees. |
| For your arms it's pretty basic, you should do
four sets of 12 with free weights, making sure to choose a weight thats
best for you. |
