Helpful Toning Excersises
Crunches help to tone your abs however it is much more effective if you hold five pound dumbells over your head while you do them never bending your arms.
Although running is good for you, too much is not, walking burns more calories and is every bit as effective.  Plus it is not hard on your knees.
For your arms it's pretty basic, you should do four sets of 12 with free weights, making sure to choose a weight thats best for you.
Jumping rope is also very helpful it works different things in your body
