These are tricks that you can do with your dog but you have to start when they are puppies or the concept will be harder for them to learn.  

Use food to lure the dog to sit.  1)"Sit"  2) Hand palm upwards and move the food lure up and back over the dog's muzzle. 3) Once the dog has done this trick then give him the treat and give hem lots of praise.

Use food again to lure the dog. 1)"Down"  2) Hand palm downwards while moving lure down between dog's forepaws.  3) Give the lure to the dog and praise him.

 Use food to lure the dog. 1) "Up"   2) Move the lure up from the dog starting at it's nose and move it to where the dog's head would be while sitting.  3)Give the dog the treat and give him a lot of praise.
