There are a lot of cool trick that you can do using flexibility.  A few of the trick that you can do are splits, chin stands, and elbow stands.  Which some of those are shown on the left.

Before doing any of these tricks you should ALWAYS stretch out.  You can do this by doing splits, neck rolls, stratles, arm circles, leg stretches, back bends and ankle and wrist rolls.  If you do not stretch out you could pull, or strain a muscle.  Your should hold each stretch for around ten seconds.  Always have a coach around just in case something happens that you need immediate attention.  When doing these tricks, you should do them on mats or something soft, if you do not you could hurt your chin or shoulders or if you land hard you could hurt your feet, ankles, or knees.  NEVER do a trick on any object that is wet or slippy.  
Flexibility-  The ability to use muscles to the fullest extent; ability of your muscles and joints to move through a full motion.
