Before doing any of
these tricks you should ALWAYS stretch out. You can do this by doing
splits, neck rolls, stratles, arm circles, leg stretches, back bends and
ankle and wrist rolls. If you do not stretch out you could pull, or
strain a muscle. Your should hold each stretch for around ten
seconds. Always have a coach around just in case something happens that you need immediate attention. When doing these tricks, you
should do them on mats or something soft, if you do not you could hurt
your chin or shoulders or if you land hard you could hurt your feet,
ankles, or knees. NEVER do a trick on any object that is wet or
slippy. |
