ROLLERS |
| Rollers are similar to jumps but you can build them longer. The use of rollers are not for big jumps but for getting speed. A recommendation is to make the first roller the biggest one. It is possible to build them into banks so the rider doesn't have to ride the whole bank. |

|
JUMPS-single, double and triple |
| These jumps are similar to table tops. The rider should never land on the flat part. The height and length depend on how much speed you get. |

|
TABLE JUMPS |
| The most important rule for table jumps is that you should never land on the flat part. A table jump can be used from both sides. |

BANKS |
|
Banks should be built more vertical so a rider does not ride over the top.
The banks should be at least three meters high. When you build one after
another you have to make sure you build them on the right position. Stand
on the first one and make an image in your head where the second one will
be. Pick a good line for the riders to take to get to the second one from
first. To build a round one use a measuring tape for the radius. Don't
build the banks under a radius of ten. After the walls are up check the
measurement again. When you finish marking the curve work on the
transition.
