Free riding is a mixture of park, experimenting, freestyle snowboarding, and experience.  Free riding is really all about creativity.  Most of the people how like free riding are very creative they like to make up there own lines and in the park you can only do that to a certain extend.  Free riding can juts snowboarding down a hill and carving real nice to carving real nice and hitting sick jumps and going off huge drop offs.  That is the nice thing about free riding  it is a mixture of everything.  Free riding is putting everything that snowboarding has into one thing. 

	In this picture a man is doing a drop off. This drop off is off a nature cliff.  You won't find this amazing drop off anywhere other then in the back bowls and on the back slopes off ski resorts.  You will never find powder, rocks, or cliffs like this in any park.
	This is a picture of a man wall riding a tree.  This man is doing this trick on a slope  in the back woods of Vermont skiing resort.  This trick can be done in the park our on the slopes.  This is only in the freestyle page because he is doing it on a tree  and on a slope and not in a park.
	Rails, wow!  This man is board sliding  down a school rail. this is freestyle because it isn't in a park and he is being creative and making up his own lines.  In park you can make up you own lines but in when you are just driving around in your car looking for a good rail that is freestyle because that's be very creative.
